In our opening session we’ll take an in-depth look at what defines and drives innovation in Silicon Valley.

Why do large companies find it difficult to grow through innovation and how do they overcome this challenge?  Together with recognized experts from Google and Stanford University we’ll explore the existing theories.

We’ll discuss practical solutions to the “innovator’s dilemma,” as illustrated by the successes and failures of established technology companies in Silicon Valley.

 This is your chance to get to know the mindset of the entrepreneurs who move this innovative ecosystem forward.

Day 2 – Business models

The Next Generation of Companies

On day two you’ll meet the Silicon Valley startups pioneering agile, data-driven marketing and content.

Let their approach inspire you as you sit down with them to brainstorm how to use today’s technologies to scale your business.

In a shifting marketing landscape big data is just the beginning. Attracting and retaining customers is now a question which includes machine learning and artificial intelligence as part of the answer. 

Today’s session will prove invaluable as you continue to prepare yourself for the challenges ahead.

Day 3 – Customer journey

The Customer Experience: Relationship and Engagement

Today session is all about the consumer. His behaviour is becoming ever more complex; how does he make shopping decisions? Through Facebook, Youtube, or another channel which you haven’t heard of yet?

Marketing strategies need to evolve to meet the demands of this new content ecosystem, where the consumer plays an active role and the opportunities for brands to connect and interact with their target audience are greater than ever before.

In this session you’ll get a glimpse of the future as you explore the changes taking place in consumer behaviour which are driving innovation in marketing. You’ll come away knowing how to leverage these insights and plan for the success of your business.

 

Day 4 – Tools

Innovative Technologies in Digital Marketing

On Day four we tour the innovative startups developing and using new tools and techniques to capture and analyze consumer behavior and intent. Get a complete overview of mobile and social media marketing tactics and learn how to make the consumer journey more personalized.

Mobile has already become the center of consumer marketing. Gone are the days when everyone was mastering the responsive web.

With this stage behind us, we’re faced with a world where website and web platforms are getting more advanced in terms of analytics. Metrics are becoming more accurate and insightful. Measurement will probably never be perfect, but thanks to digital technology, it’s improving fast.

 

Day 5 - Corporate Strategy

Case Studies in Growth Hacking and Strategic Planning

In today’s online economy marketing departments can no longer go it alone; what’s needed is a fully integrated approach which will see marketing teams merge with digital divisions.
